Introduction
New Entrant Training for Liquor Licensees
This course covers the training stipulated by The Director of Liquor Licensing in Victoria before issuing new liquor licences or transferring existing licences. The program has been developed to assist licensees in complying with the licensing regulations and to meet an overall community need to minimise alcohol related harm.
Content
This course covers the following topics: 
•	liquor laws in Victoria 
•	the object of the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 
•	industry Stakeholders and Bodies 
•	understanding your liquor licence 
•	best practice in managing licensed premises 

This course covers the accredited unit:
•	VPAU598 Implement Liquor Licence Requirements from 21925VIC Course in Liquor Licensing - Licensees' First Step.
Option 1: 
Date: Training is delivered as a seven-hour workshop. Sessions will be timetabled to meet demand. 
Fee: $170 

Option 2: Often this training is required urgently. If this is the case we can arrange an individual session of one-on-one delivery at a time and venue suitable to the participant.
Requirements
Successful completion of Responsible Service of Alcohol training.
Photo ID to be shown at assessment as proof of identity.
